In 2016, I was invited to Barbados by a dear friend to give the keynote at her conference. My wife, Jill, and I traveled to the country for the first time and fell in love with the passion of the Barbadian people and beauty of the nation. We committed to return the following year but with friends to enjoy Barbados with us. So, in 2017, Jill and I returned and brought 30 friends. We all spent several days participating in a variety of organized activities, doing everything from an intensive mastermind session, primary school visit to donate books and read to 5-year-olds, to a karaoke party at the famous Oistin's Fish Fry. From the unanimous feedback from our group that the experience was life changing, Jill and I vowed to return again in 2018 with friends.  

It’s with great excitement that I extend an invitation for you to join Jill and I for our return to the land known as “Bim.” Our goal is to help you revive from a year of hard work, plan for a strong 2019, and connect with a network of ambitious people with similar values.
